Very knowledgeable about the products and very courteous and professional! Kept me informed and provided a coffee machine! Refused to pay part of my bill

Walt was amazing when scheduling my appointment. Mike checked me in and helped me apply for financing. Charlie made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Mike and Charlie both made sure I was aware of the progress of my vehicle throughout the wait.

Came home from vacation and my brakes went out on the way home from airport. Called Tire Kingdom and the manager was able to squeeze me in. Explained everything to me and was going to have me back on the road by the next day. This was great because it was an emergency visit without an appointment. They called me when my vehicle was completed and offered to come pick me up. That’s what I call hometown service!

Mike Odom provided excellent customer service, providing clear answers regarding my questions about my purchase options, services and pricing. I have managed large operations with hundreds of people—-he is a keeper and if I were not retired, I would hire him myself.

Customer service rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Service to purchase and change 4 tires was done in an expeditioius manner.

Walt was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The store was clean and all associates were courteous.

Charlie Hauff and Walter Lacinski were very friendly and easy to communicate with during the check-in and, also, during the waiting period. I witnessed them greeting and servicing other customers during my wait and all were treated respectfully, although the customers varied considerably in age and customer needs. It was refreshing to find such friendly, knowledgeable customer service contacts.

Charlie and Walter were very helpful and full of jokes while I waited. I will be back to do other services here in the future.
