Service Manager Waiter Lacinski was very professional.

The entire staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. They had the tires I needed in stock and also communicated with me throughout the entire service.

Charlie n Walt are upfront about what to expect and timeframe for repairs to be completed. As well are always in a good mood and customer friendly. Need more managers and staff like them to service the customers. Keep up the great work

I broke my tire & all the places in town did not have my specific tire available (2019 Mazda 3). At first I was skeptical of coming back to this location. Last time I went here was when the alternator went out on my 2012 Chrysler 200. I paid too much for the parts & the staff ended up sabotaging my car (Drained coolant & damage to vehicle, I already went through corporate for this). When I saw new faces, I decided to give this place a 2nd chance. Charles was very kind & approachable, he was able to order the tire, informed me of the credit card (I applied & got approved), & scheduled my appointment for Wednesdays. Charles called me today & said the tire came in early & he could get me asap. I got to the store & my car was ready before I knew it! Many thanks to Charles & his crew for giving me a reason to make peace with Tire Kingdom. I will for sure be back for service for now on.
