The price is very pleasing compared to competitors. The wait time was excellent. I got what I asked for and there was no pressure to get anything I didn't need done.

Walt was the reason I chose this location even though it was farther from my home than another Tire Kingdom. He was knowledgeable and friendly when I called for a quote. The location was clean and comfortable (maybe a little chilly in the waiting room) but it far exceeded my prior experiences at car service centers.

The Service Manager Waslter Lacinski was sympatheic concerning the error that was made when I bought the first set of tires. He did everything he could to remidy the situation and had compassion on me as I lost my wife in January 6 2023 this year. He acted in good faith and was very easy to communicate with. I have regained confidence in Tire Kingdon that they will do the right thing when there is an error on their part. Thank you for your great service to a hurting customer. I feel I can trust them when I should have to get another set of tires. Walter made all the difference.

The general manager Walter lesinski was very friendly very helpful took care of the issues with my tires immediately I would recommend it anybody going to this dealership for tires a real nice place

The associates were specific as to the problems and the best way to go about resolving them and what the steps would be. Associates were friendly and communicative.

The Service Manager made my visit an outstanding experience. He explained a problem with my tires and was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting me set up with new tires. The Store Manager was also very knowledgeable and was also a huge help in getting things taken care of with my new tires. Overall, I am very content with such exceptionally great experience and will be back in the future for services!
