The new store in Camillus is amazing and so convenient for me. It's very clean/new, great inventory, I even bought a beautiful wind chime in the dead of winter. Service absolutely fabulous.

First of all, you sent me coupon for 10.00 off but I couldn’t use it because I was 4 days early! Your website would not let me put in the time on the first page but I was there and bought my stuff at 14:18:35.. your prices are getting very high. I am a good customer, so I thought and I couldn’t get the discount coupon.. it’s not fair!

Always a big rush for the clerk to ring up the sale. I put the feed bag aside from the check out counter, continue to look around ,next thing you know I 'm rung out. This is a big edeterant for spending more money.WHATS THE RUSH??

My birds like your food. I do not care for the high prices. Other than that I like the store and what it has to offer and location and ease of in and out are good.

The prices seem to have gotten very expensive.
