Everyone's been incredibly nice, the store is charming and the website is well-made, easy to navigate, and makes ordering very straightforward. I love the products and feel good feeding the local wildlife with your products.

The owner was highly knowledgable and friendly. He had great recommendations and didn't pressure me to buy merchandise. He just answered my questions and we carried on a conversation about birds.Very nice guy. I would highly recommend anyone interested in birds to stop in to his store.

Customer service in Camillus NY is outstanding. This visit I was introduced to high power saflower seeds which I purchased almost the last bags. I love this store!
