Matt, with whom I spoke, was personable and knew exactly what I was looking for. He had it in stock and thus had it sent to me via UPS. Shipping was free and the package was delivered the next day after it was sent.

I love the store it has everything you can think of for your backyard birds and it has lot of nice stuff to. I could spend lot time in there just looking and sales person new all about birds very helpful .
