Orem location not as good as Provo location

This location gets someone's order mixed up every time we go. It is good food but annoying when you don't get what you ordered.

Quality and service has gone way down hill over the past few years.

Placed a large catering order that was to be ready to pick up at 5. I arrived at 5:25 and it was not ready. When I gave her the order name she couldn't find my order and told me she could get it ready really quick. I suggested that she check to make sure that someone else didn't have my order which she did and they did. But it still was not ready and took me 20 minutes longer than it should have. I had 80 people waiting for food and I felt frustrated that it was not ready to go.

No gluten free options. Chips were soggy. Ice machine was broken. They were out of everything. Going to Costa vida every time instead
