Very good and cooperative people

Let me start by saying this- The nearest Big O Tires to my home is 14 minutes (this is where my father, Charles originally purchased from). THIS location is 42 minutes away. I literally make the 42minute drive, BY CHOICE. Why? The customer service is literally TOP TIER and unmatched. Let's start with Shaun Payne and Matt Phillips, THANK YOU guys for being incredible, leaders, honest, and showing your staff how to deliver amazing customer service. They are pretty much family and stuck with me! The building is clean, bathrooms even cleaner, they greet everyone that walks in (me too whenever I'm hanging out waiting, LOL), professionalism is unmatched, they actually CARE and not just trying to get over on people. Needless to say, I genuinely value Matt and Shaun. I'm beyond thankful to know that there are still amazing humans in this world like them and their staff. I will forever recommend Big O' Tires as long as Matt, Shaun, and the amazing staff at this location are around. Continue to keep up the amazing work guys. YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I don't like "waiting" in shops but Matt and Shaun make it worth the wait! I look forward to ALL my visits here. -Tamika J.

I was traveling from AR to Norman. LF tire went flat on highway . Changed flat. Dropped vehicle off w/out appt. Ezra worked vehicle in. LF valve stem had failed. They replaced valve stem and didn’t charge me a penny. They even put spare back! Great great service

Matt was very likable and walked me through pricing and options of tires.

The customer service was amazing. Matt and Ezra are great. Matt followed me to my house and tried to get my spare down for me, because I couldn't get it to lower. When he couldn't get it down either, he took the spare off of HIS OWN truck! He put it on my truck in my driveway, so that I could avoid having it towed. They were so friendly and helpful that I would recommend them to everyone I know. These guys go above and beyond for their customer.
