The sales person was very patient, he recognized me & remembered the circumstances from just one interaction back in June! He answered all my questions & offered good suggestions. All of my options were clearly explained to me & he spent a lot of time with me. I felt like he went above & beyond what a regular salesperson would do!

You have very high quality products and the shipping is remarkably fast. Also, your employees are very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.

The staff is always helpful and I enjoy going to the store, it’s fun.

Our local store closed. We decided to use this store as it is near our daughter. We will most likely be using the delivery service for the most part. We do hope to visit in person when we are visiting our daughter.

I live in La Quinta. There is no Wild Birds Unlimited near me, but there is one by my daughter. I prefer to buy in person when I head to Burbank. But the Quail families have eaten me out of house and home! It is so much fun when Mom and Dad bring the little furry babies over and then to watch them grow. But during this heat spell, they really depended on the Sunflower Chips. Believe me, Quail can give you dirty looks when you run out of seed! They sit on the wall and stare at you through the kitchen window! Luckily, delivery made it fast to get the seed so they were out of seed for only half a day! Thanks for your efficient and fast deliveries. And of course a great product.
