I've been a customer at this location for over 20 years. The ownership changed a few years ago & they made some improvements to the service desk area. The staff remain attentive, helpful and courteous.

Efficient

I took my car in for a new tire. The new tire was put on my car and I was out the door in about an hour. I didn’t have an appointment so I thought it might take longer.

Gave realistic estimate of time. Called right away to advise tire could not be repaired and asked if I wanted to Purchase the same as my previous purchase.

I came in and was helped right away. Waited 30 minutes for my wheel alignment. The associates were friendly and helped me get my car ready ASAP.

Great customer service and the entire experience was good. I was told when my car would be done and it was completed with inspection before that time.
