Big O Tires

Ronson has exceptional customer service skills. at the the time, he was the only one at the front desk and he was handling incoming calls and dealt with the service i requested which was brake service. he said he would call back upon completion of the brake inspection. he called and recommended new brakes and rotors for the front and i asked for new tires to be installed as well which he complied. we returned several hours later to pick up the truck . we could tell instantly the improvement of the truck once driving the truck home.

Good service and quick at getting my fleet trucks out.

The mechanic was in process of rotating my tires when he noticed my brake pads were bad (metal on metal). My rotors also needed replacing and he was able to do that immediately. Oil change, tire rotatation and replacement of front break pads/rotors was done quickly and efficiently. All was explained to me as it progressed. I appreciate the professionalism!

Ronson is always professional, courteous and explains in depth what needs to be done immediately or what can wait. Having that level of comfort when it comes to my vehicles is a relief. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

The attendant at the front called me by my name and was very respectful. He didn’t try to upswell additional services. He knew what that I wasn’t in the mood and wanted a specific service in an expedient manner.

Tires weren’t in stock

I looked up oil change online. Big O had advertisement an oil change for $39.95. I called to make an appointment but the associate said they didn’t do appointments at that location. So i went in asap and asked for an oil change stating I saw the price online. They got me in very quickly and finished pretty fast. I was surprised at the amount but thought I had misunderstood the online price. Next time I’ll make sure to clarify before having services done. I will go back due to the fast service.
