Very friendly salesman, he asked the right questions and scheduled my appointment for the following Tuesday. I used the drop off box and left my car in front of the store. When the work was completed, the salesman called and let me know. I paid and picked up after work. I will recommend NTB Pflugerviile Texas, for friendly, helpful service.

I do my own repairs on my car, but tire service is easier with a shop. I went to this location because it's right on my route to work. Terry was extremely friendly and helpful, understood my need, and showed me all options to me while my car was being serviced. I felt I was appreciated and treated extremely honestly.

I brought the vehicle because of a malfunction with the battery. The battery is only 4 months old. Looks like the battery had a loose cable. They fixed it right away in a couple of minutes.

I was extremely satisfied with the overall work completed by NTB, communication was excellent, and the amount of time my vehicle was there for work being done was pretty quick! Dropped off and picked up same day! My 4 runner feels brand new again! And they were honest about my brake pad life and didn't try and sale me something I didn't need at the moment!
