Numerous problems with the ntb card I applied for instore and was quickly approved for but was unable to use due to the card company . The people at this location were amazing and have nothing to do with this card. The card company and ntb as a company putting their name on the card and pushing its benefits and discounts but then not delivering wasted a lot of my and your teams time and was never resolved.

Car alignment was satisfied. Oil change by technician (32051751) was disappointed with the service. 1. The new oil sticker was not place. I have to write on the old one to remind myself the next oil change. 2. 2 weeks later, oil light on my car came on indicating the oil was low. 3. I came back to the shop to inquire about the problem. Manager (32051751) assured me he changed the oil himself. He tried to fix the issue by topping more oil to appropriate level. 4. today 1/16/22, my oil indicator is on again. I open my engine bay, oil was spilled everywhere, because the oil cap was placed on the battery and was never close. Now i have an engine full of oil. Worst experience with NTB and i would never come back to another NTB again.

I was ripped off upon purchase of tires. They are not honoring the mileage warranty. Would love to chat to a regional manager if possible

Had an appointment, was told to come back inn1 hour. 3.5 hours later my car was ready. This was for a tire rotation and balance.
