Just good

Scheduled 9 am appointment. Had to go back and wait until almost 5pm after calling to ask if it would be done by 4pm.

Although the manager who called me was very friendly, I was told a “system error” caused my tire to not be on the truck for delivery, and the soonest he could get it was the “next day” because nobody else was at the store so he could leave. Also, when I picked up my car today, the tire/rim is covered in a white, sticky substance (almost like a glue). The vehicle was there for over 24 hours and I wasn’t able to pick it up for about 4 hours after they called to say it was ready. Could nobody have wiped or cleaned off said substance? Now I’ll be going to get a car wash tomorrow.

Stand on your product and have someone there other than a manger who can make decisions on how to handle complaints or even someone who can speak clearly about your complaints

Clearer communication between your techs and the people communicating with customers. Still can't figure out why they had to drive my truck over three miles to diagnose a low speed brake sound and was told they hadnt looked at it even though it was driven. Also was told they didn't hear any issues and it squeeled every time you applied the brakes at low speed. Their second test drive in the parking lot heard the problem but the first 3 mile test drive didnt....

Shorter checking process and on time service. Scheduled appt at 11 am vehicle moved in bay around 12

Do not add on items to increase price, without Mt consent

I brought my truck in during the morning at around 12 it’s 5 and they are barely changing tires. Wait time way too long. Employees asking how to take the spare tire down which they should know how to do
