I did have my oil changed and I remember asking if they are able to work with my car type and was told “yes”, they could work with it. When I returned to my car after service rendered, I noticed that the message that reminds me of when I need to have oil service done still said that I had “x” number of days to change oil. I really wanted that to go away. I though will have to come back in and wait to have someone there look at it and possibly change it. I just don’t have that kind of time to do so. So that is the reason I can not say the highest mark of satisfaction of service rendered at NTB.

I arrived for my 430 appointment at 430. I was told on the phone earlier the same day that oil changes take 30 to 45 minutes. I left at 543. That was disappointing. I had another appointment for my daughter at 530 but she couldn't go since mine took too long. I was going to watch her 3 month old baby while she got her oil changed but it didn't work out.

I was told my wait would be an hour. It was actually an 2 hours.

My first appointment was incorrectly communicated to me. I went at the appointed time and was told that they didn't have somebody on staff that day. I had to come back the next morning. Also, I ended up having to take the car back in after the alignment because it was still pulling to the right. I didn't find out until I took it back twice that the car needed an additional part in order to be able to fully align it properly. The part should be on order now and I should hopefully be getting a call soon to take it back in.

There is one closer to me but they had COVID issues and were shut down.

I needed a flat repaired. Considering that many competitors charge nothing or $15 for this service, I thought $31 was a bit high. But the service was very good.

Very friendly staff, clean location. Very busy, appointment was not helpful as they had lots of cars before mine If I would have know it would take 2 1/2 hours , I would have scheduled first thing in the morning. Hopefully everything is ok since it was the last car in the shop keeping everyone from going home, and thats when rushing creates problems.
