I “was” highly satisfied.

The crew was very good. Kept me updated on status and recommended changes. Very nice and approachable regarding all the questions I had.

My only issue was with the cost of the repairs. I was satisfied with everything else.

Seem to take a lot longer than needed to just plug a tire. Bathrooms need to be cleaner.

The man who interacted with the customers only wore a mask when he saw that I was wearing a mask. The man very clearly had a runny nose and was sneezing a lot. I can't say that he had Covid, but you'd think that he'd wear a mask to prevent transmission of any illness during this pandemic time.

I asked if the oil change would take over an hour. I was told it would take less than an hour. I said I wait on the premises in that case. But the job took two hours. I was given a discount to compensate. I was satisfied.

This is my first visit to this location. So it will take me a few visits to give a more qualified assessment of the NTB service. I may be using this location for additional routine vehicle maintenance. It does seem to be a very popular location, however that can cause a longer wait time. So, I'll reserve a rating until later.

Seemed rushed out after the service was done.

I do not like to sit around waiting in public places for no reason. I am a very prompt tine conscious person. Especially, during this Coronavirus time.

I had a plug put in my tire. It took just over and hour. It was not busy. Where I usually go was further and I worried my tire would go flat. It’s usually a 15 wait for $10.
