The knowledge the store manager exhibited as well as his willingness to answer my questions as well as walking me through the process for the repairs being performed.

Knew that I needed 2 tires, wasn't sure about one. It was measured, and yup, I did need it, could see by measurement. Also was offered the opportunity to upsell, but options were explained clearly, with prices duly noted, and no pressure. This is a new location, and we are long time NTB customers, but we will be back to this location frequently

I called them at 1o’clock and said hey I have a tire that needs to be patched in an oil change can you take care of it they said yes I asked them if they could have it done by 3 o’clock they said yes and they did it

I went in right at closing time in need of an oil change. I didn't realize it until my car was up in the air. Everyone was very nice, took their time explaining everything to me and I never felt rushed. Our household has 4 cars and I will definitely be bringing them there

The gentleman who ran the shop was respectful, courtious, fast, friendly, worked multiple jobs and got me out in 60 minutes! I will be back..

The work was completed fast and at a reasonable price.

This is a brand new location. The young man at the front desk was very professional and friendly. The staff took great care to make sure they did not get grease on my vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner and details were explained to me prior to checking out. I would highly recommend this location.
