the sales manager was very knowledgeable, He also doesn't try to sell you something you don't need.

This was an emergency repair. The staff kept in excellent touch throughout the service, including repairs needed & projected cost.

John treated me with the utmost respect. He is knowledgeable and friendly, a key component of keeping customers. I didn't mind waiting and could actually see the team working on my car via the waiting room window.

The prices for the battery replacement (parts & service) were very competitive and significantly less that what was quoted to me by the dealership. Combined with the friendliness of the staff, I would highly recommend NTB to my friends and family in the future. I'll also definitely be bringing my vehicle back for tire replacements soon.

Not only was Howard helpful, but all associates on duty chimed in to figure out why my battery wasn't holding a charge. I told them about my varied annoyances, and they fixed all of them. Even re-attached my bumper, and changed out my headlight bulbs. Truly greatly for these guys. Conveniently located down the street, and yes, they are open!
