Bob was a great help ! Very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.

The staff was great, the service was quick and thorough, they had the exact tires I was looking for when nobody else had them in stock. How many times can you actually say you enjoyed taking your car in for service? They made dropping $1200 about as painless as it could be.

These staffs were more friendly and helpful than the last group you had at this location.

Bob took great care of ensuring I could get my car battery installed, the car had stalled and we just made it to NTB and he ensured to get us in for service. The price was a littel on the highside but this is ok since I always feel the work, quality and attention at NTB to be top.

Came in for an emergency battery check and was quick to diagnose right away.

This locations staff is very friendly and that’s refreshing. They also took care of me as a customer. Now the coffee and drink bar was not in working order but the water was so I had some water. But would be nice to have a vending machine option for customers waiting.

the store manger was really helpful and knowledgeable. the price was right and they explained other issues with my car without being pushy. Got me out less than an hour. Coming back next week to buy 3 new tires.

We basically showed up lunch time on a Friday hoping to get it repaired same day on a flat tire and I was so happy they were able to help us. They even went the extra mile locating the tire at a different store and bringing it in. I'll definitely be back to this location again and again
