I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Bob, the store manager was amazing. Great customer service. With his knowledge, he helped me pick the right tires for my car. As I waited, we had a wonderful conversation. As customers walked in, he was fast in taking care of them. The staff was amazing as well. I observed them working. They were there to work. Quick and to the point. I’ve been to many NTBs, and this one in Pflugerville is by far the best one I have ever been to. I will definitely be going back to this location
