This NTB was super nice and truly enjoyed the service here. I can remember the guys name that helped me but he was nice and very knowledgeable.

Good experience

The NTB associate Bob was great at explaining everything and making us all feel welcomed, and offered us bottled water or coffee as well. NTB always offers great service to anyone that comes into any shop!

I spoke with bob, in typical woman fashion I didn’t know my tire size or even the model of my car. I had been having a really awful day and my flat tire didn’t help. He was kind, compassionate, and very helpful. Everyone in the store was approachable. The store was clean. I have had a great experience at every NTB. I will always return to NTB. This experience made my day a little easier. And you will never know how much that means. It’s part of the reason that i will continue to come back to ntb

Scheduled an appointment for tires at the Hutto location. Because of covid they were closed. Talked to John at the Pflugerville location and he got the job done. Dropped off at 8:30am. Told him I needed it by 2pm. 12:30pm he called and said it was ready to go. 👍will definitely return.

Went there to get tires, and ended up spending an extra $1400 for needed repairs on various stuff. Went back on my next day off a week later to get some more repairs. Scheduled another day off but had to cancel because of covid sickness at my office, and had to work. Will schedule again when I get another day off.
