This is a fairly new NTB store, but already the team there has treated me well, and has done a great job overall with all my service needs. I've already been there a few times, mainly because I have an NTB/Merchant's credit card, but also because the location is close to where I live. The level of communication from the team each time I've come in to get my car serviced has been top notch. I haven't felt that anyone has tried to push any repairs or services on me, and have been clear about what truly has been needed (i.e. coolant almost running out, which I had not even realized).

Employees were very attentive to all Costumers. It was very easy to schedule my appointment. When I got in they were ready to work with my car.

Online appt scheduling did not work, forcing me to call for an appointment. Glad I did. Bob was amazing. He called me by my name throughout the call, was friendly and accommodating! Made the appt Friday, for Sat at 12, he greeted me in the parking lot before stepping foot in the building, and addressed me by my name. Now that's fantastic customer service! He kept me updated on the service progress, and when he left for lunch, another young man kept me posted on the details. Well done to NTB Pflugerville Team!

Bob was an amazing help fantastic service. Definitely was the greatest and easiest tires purchase I’ve ever done. Also bob keep me informed about anything with my vehicle and it was veterans much appreciated.

The associates and managers are the store were extremely helpful. They told us they would look at the tire and let us know what the verdict was. When they told us that the tire had too many patches (not surprised), that we needed a new tire. NOT their fault they weather was terrible that day and deliveries were canceled, but what WAS AWESOME.. they went out and picked up the tire and installed it, so my son would have his truck this weekend. FANTASTIC! Only last comment.. I told him about the online scheduling not working and I had to go through the toll-free phone number.. he knew about it, but did not know how to fix it. So, could y'all PLEASE figure that out, as we would rather go online versus having to wait on hold. The professionalism of Mr. Thomas was outstanding. Though they were very busy he made me feel welcome and communicated with me what was necessary for the vehicle.
