NTB-National Tire & Battery

I went in for an oil change and inspection,the customer service at the Pflugerville location was excellent! Bob was very helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait long for my car to get serviced. I am very satisfied with my visit to NTB I will definitely be back to this location!

Hutto NTB previously used could not rotate tires until 5 days later! Other recent visits at Hutto have been poor. This store appears new but staff were VERY customer oriented.

I was acknowledged when I came in and then someone was available to help me after helping the person in front of me.

The only issue was minor. On two separate occasions I've scheduled an appointment over the phone with the national hotline which the computer at the local office does not have. It hasn't been inconvenient for me, but it seems to cause some confusion and possibly frustration among the other customers.

John and the entire staff that we interacted with have great personalities! Pricing and services were well covered. They took a situation (son having a blown tire due to hitting a curb) which was not pleasant, and made it less painful.

Overall great experience

Bob was very friendly and personable. He made sure to privately show me any pricing and also took priority in helping customers who were in store.

This was my first time here. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were really busy and still got me done within hour. They communicated with me frequently throughout the process. The staff seemed extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely return.
