Bob and the rest of the team, regardless of how understaffed they were on the day of my service, took the time to ensure I was highly satisfied with and well informed of the service I would be receiving. They made me aware of an equivalent, lower-priced tire that was not available when I scheduled and were happy to provide me with a discount on a tire alignment.

My battery died. They went way out of their way to fit me in to get a new battery.

The team at NTB went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase of tires. John called me after hours to let me know that the wrong tires where installed on my vehicle and had the correct ones there. Once I arrived back NTB Patrick and Robert got me checked in right away and had a game plan to make sure I was taking care of right away. Also while taking care of the other customers that was there. A1 service at its best.

Fast service, staff was very friendly and informative. Shop and Lobby were extremely clean.

I had a slow leak in my tire, so I brought it in to see if they could look at it. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were friendly, accommodating, and right on time with with when they said they could get to it. That was impressive because they were low on techs that day! They were able to get the screw out of my tire and FIX it for me, which was a bonus because I thought I’d have to get a whole new tire. Even had they not been able to fix it, I still would’ve been impressed. They seemed to genuinely care and do their best to fit me in. Super grateful for their service!!

John runs an great store! He is an amazing manager...and he works so darn hard! Patrick and Bob....who could ask for a better customer service team. They explain things, are funny, keep you updated on what's going on...answer all questions, treat you with great care. I truly love this store! It will be my NTB
