Favorite part was there guy who checked in my car and rang up the bill. He has to be the friendliest person I have talked to in the Austin area. And, he was friendly with everyone. Best attitude towards customer service!

The manager was super nice and helped my son with a problem on his car. I went to this store after that and had an alignment check. The store manager was nice. However the other associate was highly disappointing. He tried to sell me an alignment before he even checked the alignment. Then he did not offer any insight into why my car was malfunctioning because it is malfunctioning. I still don't know what is wrong with my car.

I had a drill bit in my tire. I did not make an appointment, but I only waited one hour for them to plug the hole.

The two gentlemen upfront were a professional. Took a little bit longer than I expected but overall it was a straightforward process. Gave me a bit of a discount which was awesome. Only thing I would do differently is just give expectation on time.

The agent explained everything to me thoroughly, and was very courteous, extremely kind and nice.
