Air loss register dinged as we were passing by Pflugerville on our way to Dallas. A quick inspection showed the tire was going flat. Exited and found the NTB store. Arrived at 9:45 am. The tires are all Big O. NTB’S Bob inspected the tire and recommended replacement as the puncture was close to the sidewall. No tire in stock. Sent a guy to the warehouse to pick one up. Got the tire, mounted it and we were on our way by 11:00. Pretty incredible. Thanks Bob! The Sands

Every location I’ve ever gone to the staff has always been approachable, very friendly very helpful very informative and the bathrooms are always clean. What more can you ask for?

The service technician was very informative and explained everything in detail as to what the other issues with my car other than the oil change that I requested. Everyone was very friendly and kept me updated, there were no surprises.
