Clean, bright facility. Bob, my Service Advisor was very friendly, explained everything in detail, and liked that they checked engine compartment even though I was just there for tire issue.

Very friendly staff. Every option explained very well, along with cost. No pressure to buy any particular product. Despite being short staffed, wait time was very reasonable.

The team is always willing and receptive to finding a solution. Bob was a welcome and warm individual in getting me checked in and communicating with the rest of the team when it came to questions I had.

I am satisfied with my experiences at this NTB because of the associates who do their job with expertise and trustworthiness. John and Bob make the car maintenance experience much less stressful because they work methodically and are very respectful and friendly toward everyone.

This is not my first time at NTB and always wait until Bob is free to help me he’s always good to me and very professional and does a good job thanks Bob.

I called that morning and Bob returned my call quickly and scheduled me in a couple hours later. I dropped off the car and it was ready when they said it would be. I had absolutely no problems and Bob was very kind and thorough in his explanations.
