Was able to get the exact tires that I wanted, with minimal delay and excellent service quality. Mechanic and service advisors were both very communicative as well as friendly.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment anticipating a long wait period as is typical when I go to the dealer. I was pleasantly surprised that the team had me in and out on no time at all. Kudos to John and Terry (and anyone else who may have had a hand on my vehicle)!
