Great customer service is what keeps me coming back to Big O for all my family’s tires. I was very happy with the location on Filmore, but after my move last year, I began frequenting the Monument locate and could not be happier.

Had a specific tire that I wanted. Starr recommended a different tire by the same manufacturer, and said based of what i told him that I would like these better. He had an answer for every question I asked and knew what he was talking about. I find it rare when sales people KNOW the products as opposed to making stuff up as they go.
