Big O Tires

I called in advance to schedule the appointment because I would need my vehicle by noon on the day of the service. However, that changed and I actually would need it by 11:00 AM instead, and they were able to complete the service and get it to me 45 minutes before I needed it! Very satisfied. I always am very satisfied at this particular Big O location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I told Kyle that I would be driving to California and he later sat down with me to review the courtesy inspection of my car.

Good service

I don't usually rotate my tires, but with this new set purchased last April, I kept getting reminders. I waited until 5,000 miles and took it in. We made an appointment for the following day. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

This Big O usually welcomes me appropriately and the staff is prepared to take the care at the reserved time. On reser this occasion the person who booked the reservation put it on the wrong date and insisted on NOT writing down my name, and had great difficulty writing a 10-digit phone #. The work was completed at a fair price and the results are satisfactory.

The gentleman gave us honest feedback, that it was too early to get new tires, that we had plenty of tread left for safe winter driving. That's the store I'm going to buy from next spring!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Zach and Jeff helped me benefit from the coupons, gave me an update while I waited, explained what was found with my tire repair, and went over the courtesy inspection so I could anticipate the maintenance that would be needed on my next visit.
