I have been a Big O customer for a few years now, but a recent move to the north side of Colorado Springs found me at their Monument location. I needed tires for a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser TRD, which come with the smaller 16 inch wheels, however I run slightly larger than stock tire and the size is not super common. I have Nitto Terra Grapplers on my Land Cruiser and knew I wanted them on the FJ as well. I want to say a HUGE "thanks" to Mike for not only sourcing the tires at lightning speed, but also getting me a great deal. I will certainly be seeing you guys again when I need new tires. Thanks for being wonderful!

Over the last couple of years this locations service had dropped dramatically. They have gone out of their way to reverse this tread!

Making an appointment for service of my vehicle was simple and a last minute change of time was accommodated easily. Tim and the mechanics at the Monument BigO were extremely helpful and friendly. Up front estimate of the cost of service was quite accurate. Work was completed within the estimated time frame. All cared for my vehicle as if it were their own. Super satisfied. I have already recommended Big O to my friends!!

After dealing with a Family emergency, the manager Tim of the monument Big O. Was very respectful and understanding on me needing to leave the tires there for longer. At check out he delivered the highest respect and consideration to me, the customer. I had nothing but happy thoughts during this process and will be happy to give Monument Big O my future business.
