Ralph was friendly and the service was fast.

Great communication, clean area, great maintenance understanding from workers. Good discounts. Explaining why something cost alot does help. Though paying a $111 (after tax) for a oil change is a bit expensive.

I had a great experience at Big O Tires. That morning I called a couple different tire services and everyone seemed to be busy and wanted me to make an appointment till the next day. When I got on the phone with Big O Tires. The employee was really friendly and said to come in and they would fix my flat. Took them about 25 min. It was quick fast and really great service.

I’ve been coming here for the last five years. Great customer service! The managers communicate clearly. They always add coupons to my oil change.

I had no headlights, and they got me in right away. I was also given a very good deal on tires, so I purchased those. I am going to make an appointment this coming Saturday for an oil change. Very nice, very polite, very informative. This will definitely be my new big O tire store.

Jeffrey Bennefeld was very helpful in my time of need. I had just been in an accident close by and my tire had some plastics pieces of a bumper lodged in my wheel between the tire and wheel. they were nice enough to take my wheel off my truck, dismount the tire from the wheel and inspect to see if there was any damage. As the turned out to be no damage they mounted and balanced the wheel back and got me on my way so that I could get to work.
