Excellent service for a reasonable price

I Absolutely LOVE this Big-O location.. they have helped me out several times and today was above and beyond.. I am SO VERY Thankful.. My low tire pressure light came on so I pulled into the area where I know they put air in your tires.. The VERY friendly service man was so helpful.. he found a LARGE screw in one of my tires. I WAS SHOCKED.. that screw had to be over 4" long.. they pulled the screw, patched the tire for FREE and sent me on my way.. I will more certainly be going back to this location if/when I need service and/ or tires THANK YOU BIG O Hartsel Dr Location.. You are the best

I was checked in by service advisor. Luke who explained the process thoroughly and professionally. Service was completed by Michael Payne in a timely and professional manner. Will continue to use the shop for vehicle needs.

I was traveling across the country and got a nail through the sidewall of my tire. All 4 tires needed to be replaced and it was Sunday afternoon. The Big O location got me in, got an emergency order placed for tires, and had me on the road the next morning. Absolutely amazing and fantastic work by all associates, but especially Ray.

The mechanics were amazing and friendly. The front office made my experience fast and easy. I am going to solely use this location from now on.
