My car was vandalized at work, they shattered my windows, slashed my tires and bent by tie rod. The staff was extremely friendly and even helped me get the price down a little bit for everything I went through. You can tell the manager really respects his customers, and his staff.

Dan Myrick was VERY Helpful when I caught a 4" nail.. we tried patching but it just wouldn't hold and needed more air every 2-3 weeks.. finally bit the bullet and put on a new tire entirely

The staff were great. Friendly and professional. After providing their assessment with pricing, they worked with me to prioritize repairs required, and recommended the highest priority repair most important. Repair took an hour longer than estimated, but it was necessary. I would have liked some pre-repair pics and an explanation of the problem while looking at the worn/broken part, but overall, I trusted the repair and it improved the suspension. Still notice some noise, but that could be attributed to other worn parts. Will likely use them to replace other worn parts as I come up with the finances. Ray is very helpful and very professional and called to explain everything that needed to be done on my truck and it felt like he genuinely wanted to help me. I forgot my coupon and he still gave me the discount.they treat you like lifelong friends.

Everything was great from the inquiry about tires to the installation. Ray had impeccable customer service! I didn’t get the name of the tech that put on the tires but he really went the extra mile. This will be the only place we bring our 4 vehicles from now on. Really exceptional service and quality products. Highly recommend giving these guys a BIG raise!
