We always have the best customer service at this BIG O location off Warner rd zipcode 85044. Your manager Ryan Sousa is the reason we keep coming back. It is out of our way to drive there but we'll worth it to take it to this Big O location.. Ryan goes out of his way and beyond to make sure we always have a great experience during stressful times of getting our vehicles repaired.. Kudos to Ryan !

Relatively simple process, the staff was very knowledgeable and were able to identify other parts of the vehicle I had worked on which encouraged me that they were actually doing the work as promised and I am very satisfied with the performance of my car now even, the new strut/shock assembly drives great.
