The gentleman who called to talk to me about the recommendations for the car maintenance was very friendly and did not try to force unneeded maintenance. He was also wonderful in letting me pay over the phone and locking the keys and receipt in the car when I couldn't get the car before closing. I appreciated that very much.

Ryan is the best facilitator I have ever dealt with. He is honest and caring. Explains what needs to be done and why, helps with giving me alternatives to keep the price affordable, and just gives all around good customer service.

I had a slow leak in a tire and dropped in without an appointment. I was handled immediately, so I inquired about an oil change and also received immediate service at a reasonable price. They threw in the tire repair and applied a $10 coupon to the oil change, provided good coffee while I waited and finished quicker than promised. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy to understand.

I trust them and the work that is done on my car. I was originally told to bring in my car at 9:30a and they would get it done , but it would be afternoon. It was busy, and not their fault, but other cars took longer than expected. The next day I called and asked how long it would be and they said they weren’t sure it would be done, ran into issues on card that were in before mine . I said I really needed my car and he said he would call me back. I got a call less than an hour later and my car was done. He was able to find a mechanic waiting on a part for another car so they had him finish mine while waiting for the part for the other carl they were apologetic and I completely understand how things happen, especially on a holiday weekend. I gave used this Big O for years and recommend them to everyone
