Ryan quickly diagnosed that the problem with my tire going flat was not the tire, but corrosion on the wheel. He cleaned the wheel, replaced the tire at no charge, and fully explained the issue. He’s so helpful, efficient, and pleasant.

Ryan did a great job making sure that I was able to get my car serviced despite not having the tires for my service in stock. He got them in that same day and the crew stayed late to finish. He also ensured that my tire pressure sensor was working by allowing me to come in the next day. Then taking the time to check in with me via text to ensure everything was great with my vehicle was very nice!

Eddie and his team worked with me to replace two tires and perform a wheel alignment. Overall it was a great experience. The car is running well without issues. Eddie answered all questions and provided exceptional service.

I came in with no appointment hoping to get an oil change soon. Ryan rushed my car in next and I was in and out in about an hour. The price was reasonable. I actually had an appointment at Elite but they charged extra for the tire rotation and after 35 minutes still had not started the service. So I told them to pull it out and I would go to Big O.
