I’m always greeted with with the utmost professionalism and courtesy as soon as I walk thru the doors. They inquire the reason for my visit and immediately get the ball rolling, providing me with an estimated wait time. Ryan and Ryan were working that day. The phones ring constantly, I hear them addressing everyones’ questions and concerns and always seems like a pleasant outcome.

They always explain options, what is needed now and things they will keep an eye on for the future. They are very knowledgeable and if they don’t have a part, they have it next day. They keep my 2007Mustamg GT running like a champ!

Called Big O in the morning, scheduled me appointment in the afternoon and had my tires on the jeep by closing time. Perfect.

This shop has amazing manager and employees, high standards, always provides quality parts, and the best customer service we have ever received. They have earned our trust by being consistent with quality all the way thru the process of diagnosing to completing repairs on our vehicles.

I had just bought tires from Discount and drove around a bit and heard some noise, they were closed and I drove over to Big O, the mechanic was super helpful and friendly and stayed late to help me. Ryan S helped me and went above and beyond. I’ll now be a lifetime customer of Big O tires.
