The assistant (Morag?) was so helpful and efficient yet not rushing and the store (Kittybrewster, Aberdeen) was welcoming - light and airy and fresh feeling, with high ceilings with lots of beds to look at and try. The 'testing bed' at the start was novel and fun. Offered coffee which was a nice touch. Ordering it and paying for it was also efficient.

Given ample free space to explore alone and then great help when we wanted it.
