Excellent customer service from Morag in your Aberdeen store

When we got in to the store we were welcomed immediately by a very nice man. When we said what we were looking for the man said there is a sleep monitor where you lie on the bed and when it’s done it gives you a list of beds that are correct for your needs. That was a very interesting experience and very bed we were paired with had different levels of comfort. We were also given a free protection sheet for our bed which we were very impressed by.

The customer assistant was very clean and honest throughout the process and helped me feel assured that I've made the correct decision with both my bed frame and mattress.

We were met at the entrance by a very friendly shop assistant Morag who immediately took a good care of us. We have never been through computerised tests of our requirements and we were very much satisfied and entertained! Everything was done to our high satisfaction, we were impressed with Morag's knowledge of computer app, the shop's products and a very friendly attitude. We will definitely come back to Dreams for any following shopping concerning beds and other stuff available in the shop when we need.

The customer advisor was lovely, whole experience was enjoyable from trying the mattress thing to find my match to purchasing some add ons along with the mattress. Was a quick process without any issues. I felt very well looked after in the store.

Staff were friendly, enthusiastic, kind, and efficient. I felt very welcome and we’ll accommodate.
