The assistant Morag was very helpful easy to talk to she came across as very professional. She was very informative and also offered us refreshments certainly will go back .

Very friendly staff who followed all covid restrictions well by Disinfecting all beds prior to us using them. Originally told product would take around 10 weeks then when paying we discovered it would be available much sooner which was good

Hamilton was excellent. We had very specific requirements regarding product, timing and availability, delivery and assembly and Hamilton was able to meet and exceed all of our expectations.

Very pleasant visit to see and then purchase a mattress- used the 3 min test bed to narrow down our options, so looking forward to a great night sleep when new mattress arrives! 🙂

The whole process was smooth and informative. Ishbel came over to us straight away and asked if we needed help and then helped us through the whole process of selecting a new mattress which was really interesting. We were shown all options and helped along the way. We were offered teas/coffees and any questions were answered without hesitation.
