Never shopped at Dreams before but found the experience very good. Hamilton Ross who was our server was very friendly, knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable with choosing our mattress.

I knew what I was looking for after seeing item online but wanted to see the colour and see the finish on the item. Once I had been able to do that,ordering and payment was a breeze.

Morag greeted us on entry to the store and offered assistance. She established what we were looking for, explained the health and safety procedures, directed us to the relevant area of the store and also advised us to ask her if we needed further assistance. After looking we did indeed as for further assistance and she took us for mattress testing before showing us the suitable items. She explained the construction of bed bases and mattresses and ensured we were happy with our choice. She was polite throughout and very patient with my 4 year old grandson. We were offered a drink and given time to consider our purchase. The administration side of the purchase was relatively quick and painless and I was very happy with my entire experience.

The sales assistant Morag, in this instance, went above and beyond to assist an elderly lady with several health issues find a new mattress. Found the “computerised test bed” to be extremely helpful in targeting the mattress’s most suited to the individual.

Assistant took time to listen and understand my needs. Although what I required was not visible in store this was quickly sorted as his suggestion was on the computer and it was Exactly what I wanted. I was overjoyed and happy to purchase immediately. I felt it was a wee bit more expensive than I had budgeted for as being a pensioner I dont have much extra cash going about but it was exactly what I asked for so I didn't think twice. What this now meant for me buying this divan bed at £550 was that it will be a while before I can afford my new mattress but I am happy with the service. Delivery wont be until February but that is to fit into my schedule and again the assistant set that up no problem.
