Sleep match electronic device is great. Takes all the jumping up and down on numerous beds to find the right one. Morag the assistant was also great in explaining what each of the beds selected had to offer and being patient with me as I tried different ones.

Morag was very helpful as soon as we came in she offered her help. We were in looking for 2 specific mattresses for my father in law, once we showed her them she new exactly where they were and took us to them explaining the differences between the two and what the prices were. Other staff were wandering around helping people and if any bed was laid on it was sprayed with disinfectant which was nice to know they were taking the extra steps for covid.

Ennea the sales person who assisted me was brilliant. Very helpful, knowledgeable and made every effort to get me my order as quickly as possible because I needed a bed delivered in a very short time period and she made it possible. Thanks to her I won't have to sleep on the floor.

We visited for an initial browse on the Saturday and returned to purchase on the Sunday upon confirming measurements at home. On both visits we were looked after, and all staff were helpful and polite.

Morag was exceedingly polite and took great time in explaining the different mattresses and comfort . She was very knowledgeable and made sure I took my time. She cleaned every mattress after me . While taking my order she made me a coffee and I felt I was with a friend rather than in buying a bed . I would seek her out again if making another purchase

Approached almost immediately by Morag who was really friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. Felt like I had known her for years and could trust her recommendations.

The assistant was very polite and helpful offered tea or coffees water etc took plenty of time to assist me with correct bed and mattress for my needs
