Everyone was professional, polite, and friendly. I needed my tire repaired and called a few minutes after they opened. The person who answered the phone gave me clear answers, then fit me in right away for the repair. I’m new to town and had no idea of where to go, so I’m glad I came here. I should have noted the names of the people who helped me because they explained clearly about the worst possible scenario. He even took me over to the tire and pointed out where the damage was and explained to me in simple terms about the potential type of damage on my tire. I really appreciated that because I know very little about tires. 10/10 would definitely recommend this shop as well the helpful folks who work here.

Zack was very professional on the phone as well as in the store. He helped me to get what I needed. Dennis did a great job on the car and we are happy we chose Big O Tires!

I have been to multiple locations in the valley but this location was very thorough and they showed me my car while it was being worked on regarding a grocery bag stuck somewhere near the grill. My appointment was for an oil change but I was informed about the Managers Special so I decided to do that. With these add one it took 3 hours but when I left the garage my car felt immediately brand new and I'm so thankful for that.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Alexandro arroyo. He was professional, polite, confident with his job. Not used to getting this type of service, other places the men are rude, gruff and extremely unprofessional. I will certainly return to this location and I live far but the service was worth it. Keep up the good work.

I've always had Zack when I bring my vehicle in and he's so polite and professional. Another thing that I like is, if you choose to wait for your car the waiting room has a great big T.V. and cold bottles of water for you. Its really clean top.

Location is convenient, the staff was beyond friendly, the facility is clean… especially the coed restroom, multi options advised, felt they truly cared about my needs, Big O has a reputation to be trusted and I got a courtesy ride, so I didn’t have to wait in house (a huge plus)!
