Big O Tires

They were pretty busy for a Sunday but because I had an appt I was in and out in a good time.

They took care of a puncture in the tire we didn’t know we had! Without asking and free of charge

First time here, super easy appointment scheduling and it was approved within the day. Drop off was seamless and although it took about 4.5 hours I had no problem with it. Pricing was on point and they were very nice and friendly

I came in after 5, they close at six, and still i was able to get my ac recharged so i can leave to Cali as i had planned!

The staff at the Big O Tire was amazing. They were super helpful. The guy who helped me out, it was his second day on the job and he did great. His trainer was super patient with him and both were extremely helpful to me. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Everyone was professional, polite, and friendly. I needed my tire repaired and called a few minutes after they opened. The person who answered the phone gave me clear answers, then fit me in right away for the repair. I’m new to town and had no idea of where to go, so I’m glad I came here. I should have noted the names of the people who helped me because they explained clearly about the worst possible scenario. He even took me over to the tire and pointed out where the damage was and explained to me in simple terms about the potential type of damage on my tire. I really appreciated that because I know very little about tires. 10/10 would definitely recommend this shop as well the helpful folks who work here.

Zack was very professional on the phone as well as in the store. He helped me to get what I needed. Dennis did a great job on the car and we are happy we chose Big O Tires!
