Appointment was accommodated next day with appointment call and they did offer same day. The inspection was done in 2 hours and Steve called with findings and explained what this part does and importance of repairs. He advised cost, labor and length of time for services. He promised completion 6pm. Price was 1/2 of estimate given by Nissan dealer. Colton called and advised vehicle service is complete @ 4pm. I couldn't have asked for better service by all staff at Big O. Great job guys, thank you much!

I am a walk in customer arrived at the location 30 minutes before the opening. Drew and Culton took care of my request to check alignment and fixed. I did not have a 2nd thought of purchasing the 3 year plan. I guess it's because of the amazing and satisfactory service they provided. I live in South Phoenix and I may pass 3 Big O Tires Shop along the way but definitely this will be preferred store. My Son was very happy and felt safe after wheel alignment adjustments since he is a new driver going to work and school. I had also had a very good experience back in 2021 with this location. This location is definitely highly recommended. I may not need to use all 1200 characters to express my appreciation. You guys Rock!

I choose a place to provide me good customer service, competitive prices and online ratings with 4+ stars. This location of Big-O has that, in addition they have an all around friendly staff. They get 5 stars+ from this retired widow!

They all seemed friendly explained 2 things when I asked and called in for pricing when I was first making the appointment gave me papers that explained the alignment gave me recommendations for my brakes and checked them

The gentleman helping me out was so, so helpful and kind. He offered me an additional discount since I waited 1.5 hours (patiently - I wasn’t in a rush) but when I asked him for more information he said he just wanted to help me out. He didn’t know, but I was struggling financially and couldn’t even afford to put gas in my car (and it was on empty). Because of his kindness I was able to buy gas for my car on the way home and it really meant so much to me. I will come back to this location for my next car service. Thank you!
