Big O Tires

Zack Kellogg made our experience pleasant and seamless. We will only take our cars to him because he’s earned our trust over time. He’s the type of guy businesses should be grateful to have. I’ve observed him multitasking, handling difficult clients and even giving his food to a homeless man who wandered in off the street. He’s a gem for the company and would probably excel in an upper level management position.

Zac, the manager at this store is an exemplary employee that always does his very best to make sure I am involved in every step of the process!

Drew Brinkman helped me with everything I need to know. The days was busy which led to longer wait time. Drew made that right, which left me very satisfied with the work, and price is fair for the quality of the tire. Thank you Drew and Big O!

This Big O Tires location is the only place I bring my vehicles to for oil changes and/or new tires. I've never had a bad experience here.

I can't even express how incredibly awesome these guys were. I had a donut and 3 flats basically and even after me missing my appointment twice they still went above and beyond to get my tires on my vechile. I dropped the ball and all I got was understanding and dedication to completely the job while being very clear about pricing and chances of complete positivity when squeezing me in. Alex and his crew have not only impressed me beyond words but I felt important and that I mattered when I was there and that's hard to come by these days on business especially a shop full of guys. They showed not only quality work but displayed team work with their communication and on going excellent customer service all the way till the end. And they weren't going to stop till those tires were on my vechile and I was on the road safetly. I live in tuscon but I would be more than happy to drive the 2.5 hours to alex and his crew for more services cause I know I'm putting my vechile in good hands. EXCELLENT SERVICE 10 STARS ALL AROUND ALL THESE GUYS NEEDS RAISES SERIOUSLY. THAT QUALITY OF WORK ETHIC ISNT AROUND ANYMORE!!!

I usually don't get to see what the problem is. The Assistant Manager Zack Kellogg was professional and knowledgeable about showing me the source of the problem. I plan on taking my car back to get the service done. Thank you for being honest with me.

Appointment was accommodated next day with appointment call and they did offer same day. The inspection was done in 2 hours and Steve called with findings and explained what this part does and importance of repairs. He advised cost, labor and length of time for services. He promised completion 6pm. Price was 1/2 of estimate given by Nissan dealer. Colton called and advised vehicle service is complete @ 4pm. I couldn't have asked for better service by all staff at Big O. Great job guys, thank you much!
