I have been at this location before and I liked everything regarding the service. The friendliness of associate, the professionalism and explanations of service, the price and discount I received when they could not service my car and I had to come back again, with appointment. I am becoming regular here.

They offered to fix my engine light and offered pricing for that. It was the best oil change I’ve had on my vehicle it was timely and it was professional.

The guy who took care of me had amazing customer service experience.

Alex assisted me with check in and check out. This man could be a sales guru if he wanted. 10/10 customer service and everything else. The lobby was out of coffee but that’s fine. Thanks!

Zack Kellogg made our experience pleasant and seamless. We will only take our cars to him because he’s earned our trust over time. He’s the type of guy businesses should be grateful to have. I’ve observed him multitasking, handling difficult clients and even giving his food to a homeless man who wandered in off the street. He’s a gem for the company and would probably excel in an upper level management position.

This Big O Tires location is the only place I bring my vehicles to for oil changes and/or new tires. I've never had a bad experience here.
