It was easy to get an appointment, I felt that the price I paid for the service was reasonable, and Selso, the person helping me, was helpful, and kept me up to day with what was happening.

I’m very pleased with the service I receive at Big O. I bring my cars and my children bring their vehicles in for service work. Great job Josh and crew.

Scheduled a tire rotation and wheel alignment Left vehicle. Associate called me very quickly told me that my tires were unsafe due to excess wear so a rotation could not be done. I really appreciate the decision not to perform an unsafe action. New tires were recommended but I was not ready to make that decision. But I will strongly consider Big O when I do make that decision.

The guys there where very friendly, easy to talk to n told me everything that was going to be done n walk me through what I could do later to keep from having the problem reoccur.
