I came to shop on Black Friday for the promo, I had to wait in line, which I had expected. Once I made it to the stores the assistant manager Emily was so friendly! She apologized for the long wait, and did everything she could to make sure I got quality gifts quickly. She helped me pick out 4 bracelets and charms for my grand daughters and my sister, she asked so many attentive questions to really get to know me and help me pick out meaningful pieces.
